  Indian head massage.

Indian head massage, also known as champissage, is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes to improve hair and scalp condition and reducing headaches.

  Holistic massage.

Holistic massage is a well-known treatment that not only focuses on tense muscles as a physical result of stress, but it also takes into account a client's emotional and spiritual well being. ... By definition, Holistic Massage treats the whole body as a single entity, and is specifically tailored to each client.

  Swedish massage.

As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation its a very smooth relaxing massage.

  Deep tissue massage.

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints)

  Sports massage.

Sports massage is an advanced massage qualification in which the therapist is trained to use a range of techniques to treat common acute and chronic sports injuries and to advise clients on injury management, prevention and self-treatment. It also includes assisting stretches.
